Yusuf Al-Madani, the commander of the Fifth Military Zone in the Sana’a government, stated that “any escalation in Gaza is an escalation in the Red Sea.”

According to various Arab media outlets, he added, “We will confront, seeking God’s help, any state or entity that stands between us and Palestine.”
Al-Madani urged the necessity of “maintaining high readiness against any potential threats,” noting that “the enemy is plotting against Yemen and seeking reactions following the humiliation it faced.”
For the past two months, Sana’a has been continuing its military operations with ballistic missiles and drones against Israeli targets in southern occupied Palestine.
Furthermore, it continues its naval operations against Israeli ships and others heading towards the occupying entity, in support of the Palestinian people and Gaza.
