The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Tuesday that hospitals in the Strip received 48 martyrs and 142 wounded in the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing war of extermination.
In its daily statistical statement, the Ministry said the death toll from the genocidal war perpetrated by the Israeli occupation since October 7, 2023, has risen to 52,615 martyrs and 118,752 wounded.
It noted that the death toll and the wounded since the occupation resumed its genocidal campaign in the Strip on March 18 has risen to 2,507 martyrs and 6,711 wounded, bringing the total number of victims over the past 18 months to 179,585 martyrs and wounded.
It noted that a number of victims remain under the rubble of destroyed homes and on the streets, where it is difficult for ambulance and civil defense crews to reach them.
