Health: 500 aid-seekers have been killed in Gaza since the start of the crisis

The director of field hospitals in Gaza, Dr. Marwan al-Hams, confirmed on Wednesday that 500 people waiting for aid in the Gaza Strip have been killed since the beginning of the campaign.

Al-Hams said in press statements: “More than 500 people have been killed as a result of the Israeli army targeting those waiting for aid in the Strip.”

He added: “The healthcare system in the Strip is paralyzed, and hospitals are unable to provide their services.”

Al-Hams called for an end to the starvation war and the entry of specialized medical delegations.
