The major Yemeni tribes continued their armed mobilization on Thursday, affirming their full stance alongside the Sana’a forces in confronting any external escalation, during expanded meetings and armed demonstrations that included several governorates.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Tribes in the governorates of Ibb, Amran, Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Al-Jawf, and Marib witnessed “expanded meetings featuring armed displays,” where they confirmed that “any new attempt of aggression against Yemen will be met with a unified response,” warning Saudi Arabia against “the consequences of embarking on a new military adventure.”
These movements are an extension of “the state of tribal mobilization that prevailed over the past days in the governorates of Sana’a, Dhamar, Sa’ada, Al-Bayda, and Al-Jawf,” in a scene that—according to the statements—”embodies the unity of the Yemeni stance in facing American and Israeli threats and the Saudi-Emirati coalition.”
The statements issued by the tribal meetings affirmed “the readiness of the fighters to engage in the battle if it is imposed upon them,” while renewing “the pledge of steadfastness alongside the revolutionary and political leadership in Sana’a” and confirming that “Yemen will not accept guardianship or foreign dictates, and its sovereignty is above all considerations.”
