An Iranian tanker defies the American blockade and crosses the Strait of Hormuz heading on a route to India

Tehran – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Iranian Tasnim News Agency reported that the Iranian cargo ship “Shujaa 2” has successfully crossed the Strait of Hormuz, thereby defying the naval blockade imposed by American forces on Iran for approximately one week.

The agency explained that the vessel departed from Shahid Rajaee Port, near the city of Bandar Abbas, and is currently continuing its voyage towards Kandla Port in India.

This successful crossing comes after the US Central Command announced the seizure of another Iranian vessel, “Tuska,” in the Gulf of Oman.

The crossing of “Shujaa 2” constitutes a direct challenge to the American narrative claiming a tight grip on the waterway and affirms that Tehran remains capable of securing the movement of its ships despite stringent military measures.

These developments coincide with diplomatic efforts led by Pakistan to bring Washington and Tehran back to the negotiating table, despite American policies characterized by violating the ceasefire and the continuation of the blockade.

Iran stipulates for the resumption of any negotiations the lifting of the naval blockade, the cessation of threats, and a retreat from excessive American demands, which it considers the primary obstacle to any progress on the diplomatic path.
