The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in the Sana’a government issued a statement on Wednesday condemning the Saudi-American aggression on Iraqi territory, considering it a “flagrant violation of international law” and a new escalation in the region.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Sana’a Foreign Ministry statement said: The Saudi regime “believes that its subservience to the Zionists will exempt it from punishment for its crimes in the region,” considering the attack “new evidence of the arrogance and hubris this regime is experiencing.”
The statement affirmed that Iraq, its government, its people, and its resistance, have the legitimate right to respond to this aggression, indicating that international laws, customs, and charters guarantee this right for Baghdad.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed its affirmation of the Republic of Yemen’s solidarity with Iraq and its support for any legitimate measures it takes in response to what it described as the “crime.”
