Bodies of martyrs recovered from under the rubble in Gaza

Civil defense teams in Gaza City recovered the bodies and remains of 233 martyrs from under the rubble of 20 homes destroyed by Israeli occupation forces while their inhabitants were inside. 174 bodies remain missing under the rubble, out of a total of 407 believed to be in the targeted homes.

Colonel Mohammed Abu Dan, Deputy Director of the Emergency Response Department at the Civil Defense and supervisor of the recovery operations, stated that the bodies recovered include 73 children and 106 women, a toll reflecting the scale of the human losses resulting from the destruction of homes with their residents inside.
