Brett Erickson: What Saudi Arabia Is Doing in Yemen Is Terrorism

The Managing Director of “Obsidian Risk Advisors,” a company specialized in monitoring global risks, Brett Erickson, said that what Saudi Arabia is practicing in Yemen is “terrorism.” This came in his comment on the Saudi aviation’s targeting of one of the markets in Taiz Governorate yesterday, which claimed the lives of dozens of civilians.

Erickson said in a post on his account on the X platform that footage captured after the Saudi airstrikes on Yemen showed today that it targeted food supply warehouses in Taiz.

He added: “Saudi Arabia has long used starvation as a weapon against the Yemeni people. This is terrorism. Let’s call things by their names.”

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Sana’a, Dr. Anis Al-Asbahi, had confirmed on Sunday that the toll of victims of the Saudi escalation since its start on the third of this September has reached 67 martyrs and 107 wounded, most of them women and children.
