Condemning the Targeting of Al-Sabeen Hospital… Sana’a Health Reveals the Toll of Victims of the Saudi Aggression

The Ministry of Health in the Sana’a government revealed on Saturday the toll of civilian victims of the Saudi aggression on Yemen since the beginning of the latest escalation, as it reached 72 martyrs and 125 wounded, condemning the targeting of Al-Sabeen Hospital for Maternity and Childhood in the capital Sana’a.

The Ministry’s announcement came during a press conference it held to monitor the damages inflicted on Al-Sabeen Hospital for Childhood and Maternity, as a result of the aggression on the capital Sana’a, which targeted the vicinity of the hospital, at peak time and while the hospital was crowded with patients.

Sana’a Health reported that Saudi aviation launched, at noon today, airstrikes near the hospital, which caused severe damage to it.

It stressed that targeting hospitals and health facilities represents “a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian laws.”

Saudi aviation launched 26 airstrikes on the capital Sana’a, distributed over the areas of Nuqum, Attan, Al-Sabeen, and Al-Nahdain, in addition to airstrikes on other governorates, which resulted in the fall of dead and wounded among civilians and inflicted damage on civilian facilities and infrastructure, according to the Ministry of Health.
