The American diplomatic mission in Saudi Arabia warned on Wednesday American citizens of the possibility of flight cancellations and the closure of the Kingdom’s airspace, along with disruptions in travel movement, as a result of the escalation of the Sana’a forces’ attacks on the Saudi airports.

The mission called, in a statement of its, on “American citizens to verify directly the status of their flights and their takeoff times with the airlines and airports, in light of the possibilities of changes occurring in air navigation movement.”
This comes after the escalation of the Sana’a forces’ operations targeting the Saudi airports following its announcement of a ban on air navigation over the Kingdom, in response to the continuation of the siege on the Yemeni airports and the latest Saudi escalation on various fronts.
