Eight Palestinians, including a child, were killed on Saturday in the Gaza Strip, while thousands of sick and wounded people remain awaiting evacuation for treatment outside the territory.
A source in the ambulance and emergency services reported that a child was killed by Israeli occupation forces outside their controlled areas west of Gaza City, in addition to a young man killed by Israeli fire on Yafa Street in Gaza City.
Al-Shifa Medical Complex also reported that four Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in a drone strike that targeted a group of civilians near Haidar Roundabout west of Gaza City.
Eyewitnesses said that an Israeli drone fired at least one missile at a group of Palestinians near Haidar Roundabout, a densely populated area with many pedestrians.
Later, Al-Shifa Medical Complex announced that a woman was wounded by Israeli fire outside their controlled areas in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
