Dozens of citizens in Taiz city, southwest Yemen, carried out on Monday a vigil within the continued protests against the corruption of the local authority loyal to Saudi-led coalition and the poor basic services.
The protests demand the provision of basic services such as water, electricity, health, gas and hygiene.
Taiz has recently witnessed successive protests calling for the departure of the corrupt local authority and the improvement of services.
