“Sam FM Radio” in Sana’a revealed the value of auction of Jambiya purchase, which belongs to a prominent leader in Anssarallah movement and a member of the Supreme Political Council, which he donated to support Palestinian resistance.
The radio indicated the outcome that its fans contributed as a price for the Jambiya amounted to “100 million and 259 thousand and 450 Yemeni riyals.”
The radio statement indicated that it will hand over this amount to the Central Committee of collecting donations for Palestine Support Campaign, accompanied by a list containing the names of all contributors in its value, while the
Jambiya will be handed over to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hassan Nasrallah, as a symbolic gift. In appreciation to his honorable stances with the Yemeni people, according to the statement.
About a month ago, the leader of Anssarallah, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, called for a donation campaign for Palestine. It received a wide official and popular response in Sana’a and the areas under its control. It has collected more than two billion riyals to date.
