Diplomatic sources have on Thursday evening revealed contents of the vision text handed over by Yemen’s National Delegation to the Russia Federation, regarding the humanitarian situation in Yemen
The sources said that the vision requested the reopening of Sana’a International Airport and the port of Hodeidah, in order to ensure the freedom of movement and the flow of goods without any restrictions.
Moreover, the vision text requested regulation of fuel and gas revenues in order to ensure the payment of salaries to all government employees without exception or discrimination.
According to the sources, the vision’s main goal is to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni people, end the war and start a political process under the auspices of the UN.
The sources added that the vision presented by the Yemeni delegation “embarrassed the coalition forces and showed that they [the coalition] are not in favor of finding a solution but are seeking to deepen human suffering.”
