The Harvest of Seven Years of War on Yemen

The spokesman of Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, revealed that the armed forces are in the process of conducting test operations for new weapons of mass destruction, which will enter the battle line during the next phase.

The eighth year of resilience would be marked by qualitative military operations that would lead to the attack of the enemy and the liberation of more “occupied” Yemen.

In a press conference held Monday in Sana’a to review the harvest of operations of the armed forces during seven years of resilience in the face of war, Brigadier General Sarie noted that Sana’a forces had prepared specific military operations, including on the path to breaking the blockade, and were awaiting instructions on their implementation. “The enemy would be surprised by the popular action in support of the armed forces to break the unjust siege.

“Today we stand before some of what the armed forces have achieved as they grapple with foreign forces, invaders from agents and traitors during seven years of military confrontation and mythical resilience,” he said. Brigadier General Sarie noted that in this battle, the Yemeni people have provided tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded and millions of people affected by the war and siege.

Airstrikes:

Brigadier General Sarie pointed out that Yemen had been subjected to the most heinous war by the United States of America with its tools in the region, which had ridiculed its money in order to kill and kneel Yemenis, occupy their land, plunder their wealth and remove them from their responsibilities in building their country and making their future.

“On 26 March 2015, Yemenis were surprised by a massive military attack on land, sea, and air – shelling from land, sea and air – restricting access to sea crossings, closing airspace and launching the siege operation without any reasons or prejudices other than the desire to kill Yemen’s revolt, freedom and independence.”

He pointed out that the war on Yemen continued at an unprecedented pace during the first year. In that year, the armed forces were unable to monitor the various attacks. In one day, we were in front of one hundred to 400 airstrikes, the addition of naval bombardments and helicopter raids in some border areas.

“Tens of thousands of different bombs have fallen on our villages and cities, tens of thousands of martyrs and injured have fallen from us, and Yemeni homes have been destroyed on their heads in war that has left with no sanctity.”

According to the spokesperson of Sana’a forces, the number of raids that the armed forces had been able to monitor was 274,000 and 243 even hours earlier. It notes that thousands of raids have been carried out in various areas during the months of war and have not been monitored.

The raids had led to the killing and injuring of tens of thousands of Yemenis, as well as the destruction of private and public objects. Most of those crimes had been documented by sound and image.

General Sarie confirmed that during the past seven years, the coalition has used internationally prohibited weapons. The competent authorities have documented them. Thousands of prohibited bombs have been dropped on Yemeni heads, homes, cities, and villages. Confirmed that war crimes won’t fall by the statute of limitations.

Operations of the armed forces:

The speaker of the Armed Forces referred to operations carried out by the Armed Forces during the battle against aggression, which exceeded 13,000 and 208 military operations, 6681 of which were offensive, and 6527 repelling operations and failed enemy offensive attempts and incursions. The armed forces had made qualitative achievements that had been witnessed by all.

The most notable offensive military operations carried out by the armed forces were:

  1. 1. The three stages of Operation Nasr from Allah.
  2. 2. Extensive undisclosed military operation.
  3. 3. Operation of al-Bonian al-Marsus.
  4. 4. Operation of Fa’amkan Menhom.
  5. 5. Operation of al-Ba’as al-Shaded
  6. 6. Operation of Rabie’ al-Nasr
  7. 7. Extensive military operations in al-Bayda, al Dhale, Shabwa and Marib.
  8. 8. Deterrence balance operations
  9. 9. In addition, approximately 10 military operations have not been declared.
  10. 10. The three cyclone operations in Yemen
  11. 11. One process of breaking the blockade.

Brigadier-General Sarie pointed out that these operations resulted in the liberation of large lands in which the enemy had penetrated, significant human casualties, the destruction of hundreds of armored vehicles and weapons stores, and the seizure of large quantities of weapons.

He reviewed the casualties observed in the enemy ranks where the operations of the armed forces killed tens of thousands of enemy forces and traitor hypocrites. “The casualties that we have been able to detect among the Saudi enemy army over the past seven years are more than 10 thousand and 759 killed and injured, as well as the killing and injuring of a thousand and 251 UAE enemy army and 9,000 and 440 Sudanese mercenaries.

The losses observed among hypocrites, traitors and clients exceeded 253,000 and 693 between killed and injured.

In terms of material losses, Brigadier General Sarie reported that the armed forces had succeeded in destroying and torching more than 17,000, 397 mechanics, armored vehicles, a transport carrier, a tank, a vehicle, a bulldozer, and a variety of weapons. It is indicated that 10,000 and 518 of these operations have been documented by sound and image.

Some areas of military confrontation had become integrated graves for the mostproud Western American, British, French and other armor.

During the military operations, Yemen’s armed forces had used hundreds of armored vehicles and various quantities of heavy, medium, and light weapons. The results of those military operations had become one of the most prominent sources of armaments for our armed forces, as well as for military industries.

The missile force was one of the most visible weapons of the armed forces, which had undergone an integrated build-up during the period of war and siege. It had been present at the battle and, through that strike, had been able to strike the enemy with heavy casualties.

Brigadier General Sarie explained that the force relied on the accumulation of experience in the military as well as the use of experience in development, and 100 percent of the missile force depended on Yemeni expertise.

“During the Battle for Freedom and Independence, which continues to this day, the rocket force carried out 1,000 and 826 military operations, including 1,000 and 237 operations targeting enemy groups, crowds, camps and headquarters within our national territory and 589 operations targeting the enemy outside our national geography, including operations targeting the depth of Saudi and Emirati enemies,” he said.

He also asserted that the missile force possessed a strategic stockpile, which it was strengthening day after day to provide a defensive guarantee to the people against all conspirators and invaders.

Drone air force:

Brigadier General Sarie noted that, along with the missile force, Yemen has been bringing in with a weapon that has become important in terms of military combat: the Marching Air Force, which has carried out 11,000 and 562 operations, including two thousand, 176 internal and 953 external operations, the number of reconnaissance operations was 8,000 and 433, and reconnaissance operations were of intelligence importance in the military battle.

During the last year, the drone air force had expanded its reconnaissance operations to cover all Saudi and Emirati territory, as well as the territorial waters of Yemen in Arab and Red seas, as well as the Gulf of Aden and Bab al-Mandab, and would soon reach further afield.

Air Defense:

The spokesman for the armed forces explained that the total number of air defense operations amounted to 4,000 and 221, ranging from confrontation to forced departure as well as interception and projection, while the air defense units, the air defense units successfully carried out 1,000 and 971 shots and injuries, 2,000 and 250 intercepts.

The projection operations included 158 shooting down of combat reconnaissance aircraft, 13 warplanes, and 10 Apache, the downing and fall of six Black Hawk transport helicopters, the shooting down of 34-armed United States Air Force drones and the shooting down of 95 spy reconnaissance aircraft.

Navy and Coastal Defense:

General Sarie reported that during the seven years, the Navy and Coastal Defense carried out 35 qualitative operations, the most notable of which were: Targeting the “Medina” frigate and the Saudi enemy “Dammam,” targeting the United Arab Emirates enemy battleship “Swift” and the UAE military cargo ship “Rwabi” was seized after entering Yemeni waters.

  • Since its activation, the Unit has succeeded from a 941 sniper between an officer and a Saudi soldier.

Brigadier General Yahya Sarie confirmed that under the war and siege, the Yemeni armed forces have seen qualitative leaps in internal construction and are moving towards more important steps in terms of training. Note that Yemen, through its armed forces, is exercising its legitimate right to defend itself by countering foreign war, attempts at occupation, and interference in its internal affairs.

The Brigadier General Sarie revealed that the Armed Forces are in the process of conducting pilot operations for new weapons of a quality that will be on the battlefield during the next phase.

“The enemy must expect more specific military operations that may include sensitive targets within a new target bank that includes capitals of Saudi and its most vital facilities,” he added. The armed forces will not stand idly by and follow up on the consequences of the blockade on the lives of the Yemeni people.
