The leader of Anssarallah, Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, on Wednesday confirmed that all the Saudi-led coalition’s plans to target the capital, Sana’a, have failed miserably in the face of the Yemeni people’s steadfastness and awareness.
This came during a televised speech delivered by Sayyed Abdulmalik during his meeting with sheikhs, dignitaries, and people of the capital Sana’a.
“In the last months before the armistice, the coalition launched propaganda campaigns before the bombing to pressure the people in Sanaa to displace them,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said.
The revolution leader explained that “all the enemies’ plots were aimed at bringing down the capital, Sana’a, from the inside, as they had planned in the December strife, which fell by the grace of Allah.”
He affirmed that the coalition had planned to carry out bombings and target citizens in Sana’a with terrorist operations and car bombs, pointing out that the coalition prepared “large military campaigns to occupy Sanaa and allocated billions of dollars to achieve its illusory goals.”
Many conspiracies to target security in Sana’a have failed, thanks to Allah’s grace and the men of the Ministry of Interior and the Security and Intelligence Service,” Sayyed Abdulmalik added, indicating that some of the cells that were seized were announced and some were not announced for security reasons.
He noted that the coalition had targeted the capital and the country in general with “the soft war” on the intellectual and moral level, explaining that the coalition “was shocked by the level of awareness of the society and in Sanaa in particular because most of the incitement campaigns targeted the capital.
Sayyed Abdulmalik pointed out that one of the most dangerous bombings that were targeting the capital was detected thanks to Allah when a conscious child told the security services about one of the most dangerous elements of the cell.
