Sana’a launched again on Saturday, its own Taiz Roads initiative. This comes after a meeting in the Jordanian capital, which indicates an international green light for the implementation of the initiative.

Exclusive-alkhabar alyemeni:

The head of the military committee in Sana’a delegation, Major General Yahya Al-Razami, confirmed their determination to unilaterally open the roads mentioned in the national initiative, as soon as the committee returns from Jordan negotiations, considering the commitment to what the other party asks for in Maeen was replaced by the comprehensive solution and not the armistice considering these conditions as reflecting aggressive intentions in reference to the adherence of the other side to Hawban road, which is the most prominent lines of contact.

The military committee had met earlier with the deputy UN envoy to Yemen in the Omani capital, Muscat. The meeting came on the sidelines of a new round of negotiations between the Military Committee of Sana’a and the coalition to discuss the repercussions of the armistice violations.

The international envoy to Yemen, Hans Grodenberg, made a tour to the region, during which he met with Saudi officials and others in the authority loyal to it in the country.

Before the start of the new round, from which Islah party says its delegation has been excluded, according to Abdel Karim Shaiban’s statements, this indicates the conclusion of an agreement from under the table that includes moving forward with Sana’a’s proposal for the gradual opening of Taiz roads.
