Coalition Dumps Toxic Materials on Aden Coasts

The Saudi-led coalition has dumped toxic materials on the beaches of Aden province, south of Yemen, to destroy the marine environment, Yemen press agency said on Sunday.

According to local media sources, the Emirati ships were observed throwing waste and toxic materials on the coasts of Abyan, Aden province, with the goal of pushing marine fish to migrate from the Arabian Sea to the Gulf and other areas.

There is systematic action to destroy the environment and the Yemeni marine wealth by the coalition forces, and these toxic substances had caused the death of hundreds of thousands of fish during the past months, the sources added.

These revelations came in light of accusations by the coalition forces of continuing to transport marine life from the Yemeni coast, as well as the suppression of Yemeni fishermen.
