Sana’a Refers Members of Judiciary to Accountability

The Supreme Judicial Council in Sana’a referred on Tuesday a number of members of the judiciary to the Court of Auditors for committing some behavioral violations, based on the disciplinary case filed against them by the Judicial Inspection Authority in accordance with the law.

In its weekly meeting, headed by Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, the council held a hearing session for one of the judges in the disciplinary case filed against him by the Judicial Inspection Authority, in order to complete the necessary procedures.

The council also reviewed a number of grievances referred by the Office of the Presidency of the Republic regarding the reconsideration of some judicial rulings issued against a number of complainants, and took the appropriate decisions in their regard.
