Hezbollah targets an important Israeli site near the Palestinian-Lebanese border

Today, on Sunday, Hezbollah fired a guided missile in the direction of the communications tower at the Israeli site of Al-‘Abbad, which is located across the southern Lebanon town of Meis Al-Jabal.

The resistance targeted the technical devices on the tower of the “Al-Abad” site on the borders of the southern town of Hula with guided missiles.

In response, in the morning, the Israeli forces shelled the vicinity of the towns of Alma Al-Sha’ab and Ad-Dohira, carrying out intense bombardment. The Israeli army added that one of the targets was a site in southern Lebanon for rocket-launching at an Israeli plane.

Earlier, missiles were launched at the Israeli Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the hills of Kafr Shuba in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon.

The Israeli occupation army announced that it targeted three cells in southern Lebanon on Sunday morning that were preparing to launch anti-tank missiles towards Israeli positions.

The Iron Dome intercepted a drone coming from Lebanon, according to an Israeli army spokesman in the same context.

For the past two weeks, the border area has witnessed intermittent exchanges of fire between the Israeli occupation army, Hezbollah, and Palestinian and Lebanese factions, on the other hand.

Israeli authorities have evacuated approximately 14 additional settlements along the border with Lebanon, bringing the total number of settlements to be evacuated within a week to 43.
