On Wednesday, a powerful explosion rocked the Red Sea settlement of Eilat, while the occupation confirmed the deaths of four individuals in a new missile strike targeting several settlements.

An army spokesman confirmed to Israeli media outlets that a missile attack from Gaza resulted in damage to the Eilat settlement, which accommodates displaced settlers and includes the most important tourist resort. The occupation claimed that the rocket fell in a remote area in an attempt to reassure its settlers.
Earlier, the Qassam Brigades announced their targeting of the Eilat settlement with a missile of the “Ayash 250” type, marking the first time Eilat has been subjected to such an attack.
The shelling of Eilat coincided with missile strikes by the resistance that targeted several Israeli settlements within hours.
According to the Palestinian resistance media, the shelling targeted the settlements in Ashkelon, Sderot, and Haifa, while Hebrew media outlets reported four fatalities in Beersheba.
The Palestinian resistance considered these new attacks a response to the daily massacres committed by the occupation against the residents of the Gaza Strip.
