Ansar Allah Spokesman: The downing of the American aircraft proves our forces are present and will confront aggressive actions and continue to support Gaza

Mohammed Abdul-Salam, spokesman for the Ansar Allah movement, stated today, Wednesday, that the downing of the American aircraft proves that our forces are present and ready to confront aggressive actions that violate national sovereignty.

Abdul-Salam, in a post on the “X” platform, said, “Downing an enemy American aircraft in the airspace of Yemeni regional waters, it confirms that our armed forces, with the help of Allah, are ready to confront all aggressive operations that violate national sovereignty and will continue its supportive operations for Gaza until the Israeli aggression stops.”

This statement came following the announcement by Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Sana’a forces, today about the downing of an American aircraft by its air defenses in Yemeni regional waters.

A US MQ-9 was shot down while “conducting hostile acts of surveillance and reconnaissance in the airspace of the territorial waters of Yemen and as part of US military support for the Israeli entity,” according to Brigadier General Saree’s clarification.

In the same statement, he renewed his confirmation that Sana’a forces will continue military operations against the Israeli entity “in support and solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people.”

In another post, the spokesman for the “Ansar Allah” movement, Muhammad Abdel Salam, on the (X) platform, “The Islamic world is facing a difficult religious, moral, and humanitarian test regarding the Zionist-American genocide that Gaza has been subjected to for the second month.”

He added, “There is no justification for this weakness and deficit among Muslims,” and asked, where are the Muslims regarding Gaza?”.

He concluded his post by saying: “Islamic countries must raise their voices loudly and warn of a new catastrophe, and the Zionist entity will face a flood of Muslim anger if it does not stop its barbaric aggression on Gaza.”

Sana’a forces have previously carried out several air strikes with drones and ballistic and winged missiles targeting deep within the Israeli occupation entity, as part of Sanaa’s support for Palestinian factions, in response to the crimes of the occupying entity.”
