HRW: There is no evidence of Hamas using hospitals militarily

Human Rights Watch confirmed that the Zionist enemy did not provide any evidence proving that Hamas used medical facilities in the Gaza Strip.

Calling for an investigation into the Zionist attacks against these facilities, considering them war crimes.

The organization said in a statement today: What was said about “intelligence evidence” does not justify depriving hospitals and ambulances of the protection stipulated by international humanitarian law. The statement added: The repeated Zionist attacks on medical facilities, crews, and means of transport are destroying the health care system in Gaza and must then be investigated as war crimes.

Human Rights Watch called on the International Criminal Court and an independent international commission of inquiry in the occupied Palestinian territory to investigate Zionist crimes against the Palestinian health sector in the Gaza Strip, as they are war crimes.
