Hamas claims responsibility for tunnel operation in the West Bank and reveals the number of vehicles destroyed in 48 hours

The Al-Qassam Brigades in the West Bank announced their responsibility for storming the tunnel checkpoint south of occupied Jerusalem this morning, resulting in the killing and injuring of a number of soldiers.

Follow ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

A group of Mujahideen launched an attack on enemy forces at the military checkpoint separating north Bethlehem and southern occupied Jerusalem, managing to kill and wound several Zionist soldiers in retaliation for the martyrs’ blood in Gaza.

Hamas leader Osama Hamdan indicated in a press conference in Beirut today, Thursday, that the Al-Qassam Brigades were able to damage 33 enemy vehicles during the last 48 hours.

He emphasized that the occupation committed a brutal war crime in its attacks on the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, affirming that the occupation’s narrative regarding its alleged evidence at the Al-Shifa complex is ridiculous and farcical. He stressed that the occupation has failed to prove it, and it represents a scandal in all aspects.

Regarding refuting the occupation’s narrative, Hamdan said: It is inconceivable to store weapons next to magnetic resonance imaging devices in any hospital, as the occupation claims, and that the enemy forces brought the alleged weapons in boxes into the Al-Shifa hospital.

Hamdan reiterated his demand for international organizations to form a committee to monitor hospitals and expose the occupation’s false claims, affirming that the US administration provided full cover for the killing operations and war crimes carried out by the occupation in the Al-Shifa complex.

He pointed out that the occupation’s goal in targeting hospitals, bombing bakeries, and destroying vital facilities is to displace our people from their land.

He mentioned that the occupation executed a 75-year-old elderly man after circulating pictures of its soldiers providing him with assistance, referring to the elderly man Bashir Hajji, who was executed in the “safe passage.”

Regarding prisoners, he said that the occupation has killed five prisoners under torture since October 7th and has arrested 2,800 Palestinians since the same date, bringing the number of our prisoners in its jails to more than 9,000.

As for the Arab and international stance, Hamdan said, “We are still waiting, for six days now, for the activation of the decision of the Arab-Islamic summit to break the siege and enter aid. We expected a Security Council resolution condemning the ethnic cleansing crimes committed by the occupation in the Gaza Strip.”
