The Political Bureau affirmed in a statement that “the American alliance aims to encourage the Zionist entity to continue its brutal crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza,” noting that it contradicts international law and doesn’t protect maritime navigation but rather threatens it and seeks to militarize the Red Sea.
It considered intercepting Israeli ships and ships heading to Israel by the forces in Sana’a a humanitarian and ethical duty aimed at lifting the suffocating blockade imposed on Gaza, noting that “lifting the blockade on Gaza is the role that the UN, organizations, and entities claiming to defend human rights should have taken.”
The Political Bureau of Ansar Allah reiterated that “the Yemeni armed forces, in its operations against the Israeli enemy, do not pose any threat to any country in the world,” explaining that “the Yemeni people are steadfast in their principled position in support for the Palestinian people until the aggression ceases and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.”
It called for supporting Gaza through all possible means, condemning Israeli crimes and American moves that threaten the security of the region, according to the statement.
