Bloody attacks in Lebanon and Gaza as stage three of aggression begins, signaling a regional war

The Israeli occupation began stage three of its aggression on Gaza on Monday with a series of massacres that exceeded expectations and warned of a regional war.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, during the past 24 hours, the occupation forces committed 17 massacres across the Gaza Strip, resulting in 240 martyrs and over 500 injuries.

Coinciding with the inauguration of stage three of the aggression at the request of the US, these massacres targeted gatherings, homes, refugees, schools, and hospitals.

Stage three includes focusing on airstrikes, or what the occupation describes as “special operations,” while reducing the level of military operations involving field confrontations, according to Israeli Defense Minister Yuval Gantz.

Gantz, as reported by The Wall Street Journal, indicated that stage three would be longer than the previous two stages, hinting that these operations would expand to regional countries while talking about “fighting the axis, not just a single enemy,” referring to the resistance axis.

Gantz’s statements coincide with the occupation’s carrying out of a new assassination operation against a leader in Hezbollah in Lebanon, the second operation since his assassination of Hamas leader Saleh Al-Aruri a few days ago.

Hezbollah confirmed the martyrdom of the leader, Wassam Al-Taweel.

Al-Taweel’s assassination was part of a scenario that Israel recently started, which also involved explosions in Iran and assassinations in Lebanon, in addition to the assassination of leaders from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Syria.

These developments indicate the decision of the US, as its National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan outlined the features of stage three, to expand the scope of the confrontation.
