Ansar Allah’s media quoted Safar Al-Sufi, the director of the office of the leader of the movement, Abdul Malik Al-Houthi, as promising to the families of the marine martyrs that they would be satisfied with what they would see, affirming that the response to the American enemy would be painful.
At the beginning of the year, American forces attacked three naval boats while carrying out routine patrols in the Red Sea.
Ten Yemeni Navy personnel were martyred as a result of the American attack carried out by military helicopters launched from the aircraft carrier USS Eisenhower.
Since then, US battleships have been avoiding passage through the Red Sea and refraining from conducting escort operations for shipping ships associated with Israel, which have recently been targeted and forced to change their course.
These threats come at a time when intense US diplomatic and military movements are taking place in the Red Sea to contain the crisis resulting from the attack on the Yemeni navy.
The pledge made by the director of the office of Ansar Allah’s leader indicates that a response is imminent, according to experts.
