Yemen foils the arrival of two American weapons shipments to Israel

Yemen, on Thursday, thwarted American attempts to deliver two new shipments of weapons to Israel.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Western diplomatic sources reported that Yemeni operations in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden on Wednesday evening targeted two weapons shipments that the American forces were preparing to transport from their bases in the Gulf to Israel.

The sources clarified that the shipments were part of a maritime bridge to secure the occupation’s ammunition needs, especially tanks, and considered that the Yemeni forces’ interception of the two American ships prevented the shipments from arriving.

Maersk International Transport Company confirmed that the two ships came under attack on Wednesday evening in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea while carrying weapons and military equipment.

The American battleships engaged in a wide battle in an attempt to pass the two shipments through the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait but had to change their course due to the intensification of Yemeni attacks amid fears of sinking them.
