Today, Sana’a forces announced the targeting of an American ship in the Red Sea as a response to the American-British aggression against Yemen and in solidarity with the Palestinian people’s plight.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for Sana’a forces, stated in a recent statement, “The naval forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted the American ship ‘Star Iris’ in the Red Sea with a number of appropriate naval missiles.” He confirmed that “the strike was accurate and direct.”
Saree added in his statement, “The Yemeni Armed Forces, in fulfillment of their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty, continue to implement the decision to prevent Israeli navigation or any ships heading to the occupied ports of Palestine in the Red and Arabian Seas until the aggression is halted and the blockade on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.”
The statement from Sana’a forces also emphasized that they “will not hesitate, with the help of Almighty Allah, to carry out further operations in response to the Zionist crimes against the residents of the Gaza Strip, as well as in response to the ongoing American-British aggression against Yemen.”
