Popular and tribal committees in northern Gaza Strip, which is witnessing a near-famine, announced the cessation of their provision of aid, stressing that dozens of their sons were killed during this.
They added that “the occupation killed 70 Palestinians from the tribes and committees, while providing humanitarian aid to the northern Gaza Strip, and injured dozens.”
They pointed out that “the initiative of families came to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it in the absence of United Nations institutions.
The committees and tribes stressed that Israel had caused “chaos and famine” by refusing to allow international institutions, especially the International Red Cross, UNRWA and the World Food Program, to operate in Gaza and northern provinces.
