Washington Post: Yemen exports its drone expertise to Axis

The Washington Post claimed that a Yemeni military expert specializing in drones was assassinated in Iraq along with a number of Iraqi resistance fighters in an American airstrike last Tuesday in the Jurf Al-Sakhr area near the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, revealing cooperation between movements and factions of the resistance axis.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The newspaper clarified that the Yemeni expert was Hussein Abdullah Mustour Al-Sha’abl, noting that “the Houthis have emerged as a security threat in the region and have attacked commercial ships (Israeli navigation) and harassed American forces deployed to assist in protecting these ships.”

The Houthis have emerged as a security threat in the region, attacking commercial ships in the Red Sea and harassing American forces deployed to assist in their protection. In response, the Biden administration has launched multiple strikes on the group’s facilities in Yemen, including missile launch sites and drones.

The Washington Post’s talk about Yemen exporting its expertise in drones contradicts what the American media had previously claimed about Iranian and Iraqi experts in Yemen.
