Attack targets the largest occupation bases in the Mediterranean

A series of explosions rocked one of the most important naval bases of the occupation in the Mediterranean on Tuesday.

Hebrew media outlets confirmed that the explosions were the result of new attacks.

The Hebrew newspaper “Israel Hayom” quoted high-level sources saying that a booby-trapped drone exploded at a base for the occupation in the Gulf between Haifa and Acre.

No party has claimed responsibility for the operation so far, but it is likely to be part of the joint operations carried out by Yemeni forces and Iraqi resistance factions in the fourth stage of escalation, targeting occupation ports in the Mediterranean Sea, if Hezbollah, which also carried out attacks in the strategic occupation area, has not claimed responsibility.

The new attack may represent a qualitative development in the operations of the resistance and its factions in the region and may pave the way for a broad response.
