Palestinian medical sources announced that the number of martyrs of the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip within 24 hours rose to 79, including 53 people in Khan Yunis.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the occupation forces committed 5 massacres in the Strip, resulting in dozens of martyrs and 165 injured within 24 hours, adding that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the besieged strip rose to 41,689 martyrs, and 96,625 injured since October 7, 2023.
Israeli warplanes bombed the Muscat school, which shelters displaced people in the Zarqa area in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, and the Al-Amal Institute for Orphans, which shelters displaced people west of Gaza City.
The Israeli military said it bombed two schools it claimed were used as Hamas headquarters, Haaretz reported.
The Israeli army bombed dozens of homes in many areas and ambulance crews were only able to reach those areas after the Israelis withdrew, to evacuate the victims and retrieve the martyrs.
