The spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza Strip, Mahoud Basal, said on Monday that the Israeli occupation army is systematically starving, exhausting, and abusing Palestinians in Jabalia, using excessive force to empty the area and force them to flee to Gaza City.
Basla added in press statements that the Israeli army is suffocating siege on the area and then carrying out bombing operations and ground incursions, meaning that “those who do not die from the bombing will die of hunger.”
After bombing residential areas, the Israeli army is now bombing shelters and any gatherings of people to force them to leave and flee to Gaza, he added.
The occupation not only forced citizens to flee but also carried out bombing, killing, torturing, and humiliating them to inflict the most martyrs and wounded.
