The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate said that during one year of the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation army has killed more than twice as many journalists every year worldwide.
In a statement on Saturday on the occasion of the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists, the syndicate said that “the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces systematically against Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip, to kill witnesses of truth, will not go unpunished.”
She considered that “the terrible massacre against the press and against humanity, committed by the occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, is the largest and most heinous massacre against journalists, in the history of the media in the whole world.”
