The genocidal war waged by the Israeli enemy entity on Gaza has entered its four hundred and third consecutive day, coinciding with the commission of new crimes against displaced persons and civilians throughout the Strip, where, the Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that the Israeli genocide toll against Palestinians has risen to “43,665 martyrs” since October 7, 2023.

This was stated in the ministry’s statistical report on the victims of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip.
The report stated that “the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 43,665 martyrs, and 103,076 injured since October 7, 2023.”

The ministry explained that “the Israeli occupation committed 5 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 62 martyrs and 147 injured arrived in hospitals during the past 48 hours.”

For his part, Mahmoud Basal, spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza, confirmed that the targeting of the Israeli army forces in the northern Gaza Strip prevented the civil defense crews from responding to distress calls and action, pointing to the deliberate occupation soldiers preventing the provision of the service to the Palestinians, by disrupting the movement of rescuers and paramedics. He stressed the difficulty of working in extremely complex conditions, and in light of the unprecedented deterioration of the humanitarian situation.

The Israeli occupying forces continue their massacres, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end them immediately and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
