The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the Israeli genocide toll against Palestinians has risen to “43,799 martyrs and 103,601 injured” since October 7, 2023.

This came in the ministry’s statistical report on the victims of the genocide committed by Israel against Palestinians 407 days ago in the Gaza Strip.

The report stated that “the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to “43,799 martyrs and 103,601 injured” since October 7, 2023.

The ministry explained that “the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 35 martyrs and 111 injured arrived in hospitals during the past 24 hours.”

“A number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defence crews cannot reach them,” it said.

In addition to the dead and injured, Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, with US support, has left more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the world’s worst humanitarian disasters.
