The Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture in the Gaza Strip said that during the ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip for more than a year, the Israeli occupation army killed 200 fishermen.

The ministry indicated in a statement to the Palestinian Information Center that the Israeli war of extermination on the Gaza Strip caused the loss of about 4,600 tons of the total amount of fish production worth 20 million and 129 thousand dollars.

The number of unemployed fishermen in the Gaza Strip reached about 5,000 due to the Israeli genocidal war.

Israeli boats and aircraft target the fishermen of the Gaza Strip in order to prevent them from fishing in light of the famine and poverty experienced by the people of the Gaza Strip.
