The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip stated on Tuesday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Strip since October 7, 2023, reached 45,338, in addition to 107,764 wounded.
The ministry added in a statement that the Israeli occupation committed three massacres during the past 24 hours, resulting in 21 deaths and 51 wounded.
The statement indicated that numerous casualties remain trapped beneath rubble or are inaccessible due to the ongoing conflict, severely hindering the efforts of ambulance and civil defense crews.
