Mohammed Al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council, revealed on Sunday strategic changes in Yemen’s domestic and external positions, coinciding with the first anniversary of the American-British aggression on Yemen.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Al-Houthi stated that among the military changes is the suspension of the hierarchical command structure within the Yemeni armed forces, and each faction now has its own directives.

Al-Houthi devoted part of his television interview to sending messages to Saudi Arabia, which has led the war on Yemen since 2015, affirming that the Yemeni forces still retain many ground and naval surprises.

Al-Houthi warned Saudi Arabia against engaging in new alliances under the new US administration, considering any step in this direction as a misjudgment, and reminded it of the need to benefit from the results of its war, during which it promised to occupy Yemen within two weeks but failed.

Al-Houthi confirmed that the Saudis informed Sana’a of their unwillingness to escalate, and he also referred to the suspension of negotiations with them due to the American conditions of stopping the Yemeni operations supporting Gaza.

Al-Houthi expressed openness to the Arab countries that he said are currently threatened by the Zionist entity, foremost among them Saudi Arabia and Jordan, indicating that the Yemeni forces may rush to defend those countries if they are exposed to Israeli assaults, regardless of the positions of those countries and their participation in the aggression against Yemen.

These messages come on the eve of Yemen’s commemoration of the first anniversary of the American-British aggression on Yemen, amidst unprecedented achievements in the history of the country, which is being subjected to the most heinous war and siege in its history.
