The humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip worsened on Tuesday, with the continued Israeli procrastination in the entry of aid, shelter supplies and fuel into the Strip, especially to the north, in accordance with the humanitarian protocol agreed upon, within the ceasefire agreement, in addition to obstructing the exit of the wounded and sick through the Rafah crossing, in conjunction with the continuation of field violations of the agreement by targeting marches and artillery shelling of the displaced, especially on Al-Rashid Street, while the death toll of the Israeli war on Gaza rose to 47,540 dead, and 111,000 618 injured, the majority of them children and women.
The government media office in Gaza called for the urgent entry of relief and shelter aid, in light of the worsening humanitarian crisis following the ceasefire. The office said in a statement that “Israel has not fulfilled its commitments and continues to procrastinate in bringing in the urgent aid needed by the residents of the Strip.”
