On Wednesday, the US Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, “Admiral Daniel Dwyer,” admitted that the Yemeni forces had been changing and developing their fighting methods based on studying US tactics, stressing the need to benefit from the Yemeni technologies used in the Battle of the Red Sea during the Gaza support phase, which lasted for about a year.

“Dwyer” said, “As we develop our tactics, procedures, and technologies, our opponents are watching and changing the way they fight,” adding that they will be forced to integrate the new technology used by the “Houthis” in the Red Sea into our fleet.
He mentioned that they learned in the Red Sea that “technology is not final innovation, and the future will not be limited to it,” adding, “It is not enough to be well-trained to be able to fight against these new and different techniques used by the ‘Houthis’ in the Red Sea.”
The US Deputy Chief of Naval Operations stressed that they faced a multi-domain, space and cyber threat in the Red Sea, explaining that this threat was “under the sea, on the sea, and above sea,” indicating that they “need to buy weapons, as warships need full stores and warehouses of missiles, shells, and bombs,” in reference to the scale of depletion they suffered due to the Yemeni operations.
US Naval Operations: We faced a threat under the sea, on the sea, and above sea, and we must benefit from Houthi technologies
