The Israeli occupation forces escalated their military operations in the West Bank, storming several cities and towns, and launching a campaign of arrests, coinciding with armed confrontations fought by the resistance in separate areas.
According to local sources, the occupation vehicles stormed the town of Al-Silah Al-Harithiyah, west of Jenin, arrested a number of young men, and set fire to a house. During the raid, violent clashes erupted, in which resistance fighters used improvised explosive devices to repel the military incursion.
The Al-Quds Brigades – Jenin Battalion announced that the fighters of the Al-Silah Al-Harithiya Company detonated an explosive device in a military vehicle, damaging it, while the Al-Yamun Company confirmed that it fought violent clashes to support the resistance fighters in Al-Silah Al-Harithiyah.
In Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Furik, where they drove their military vehicles through the streets of the town, and arrested a young man from Wadi Al-Bathan area. Israeli occupation soldiers also raided Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, amid heavy firing of bullets and tear gas canisters, and forced shop owners to close them by force.
In Tulkarm, a young man was killed by Israeli gunfire during the raid into Nour Shams refugee camp, where a series of explosions took place in the area, and the Israeli occupation forces imposed a curfew on the residents. As the military aggression on Tulkarm has continued for 14 days, the number of martyrs has risen to eight, in addition to dozens of injuries and thousands of displaced people.
