At least four Palestinians were killed and others were injured, including seriously, today as a result of an Israeli drone bombing a group of aid protection committees of the police service, in the eastern areas of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip. According to Palestinian sources, at least three martyrs were recovered, in addition to four wounded, some seriously, as a result of the Israeli targeting of one of the aid protection teams. In a separate event, Emad Hamdi AlShaer was killed as a result of an Israeli drone bombing the town of Alshawkah , east of Rafah.
In a brief statement, the Ministry of Interior and National Security condemned “this crime,” calling on “mediators and the international community to pressure the occupation to stop targeting the police as a civilian agency that provides services to maintain the security of citizens and organize their daily affairs.”
