The US State Department confirmed coordination with the Israeli side regarding the air strikes on the Houthis in Yemen.
The US State Department said that Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed the US military operations against the Houthis in a telephone call.
The statement from the US State Department carried American assurances to Netanyahu regarding its military operations, despite the failure of US forces to stop the Yemeni attacks on Israel, as well as the counterattacks against US forces in the Red Sea.
The US State Department added that Rubio and Netanyahu also discussed the ongoing Israeli operations in the Gaza Strip and efforts to release the Israeli prisoners.
In this context, the Sana’a forces targeted Tel Aviv again on Monday evening, while the US forces carried out a series of raids on the outskirts of the city of Sa’ada, resulting in the wounding of two civilians.
The Ministry of Health in the Sana’a government announced yesterday, Sunday, the killing and injury of 14 civilians as a result of American raids on the Aser residential neighborhood west of the capital Sana’a.
