Sana’a forces announce the downing of an American drone and confirm the continuation of their operations in the Red Sea

The Sana’a forces announced the success of their air defenses in downing an American MQ-9 drone while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Marib Governorate, confirming that the operation was carried out with a locally made appropriate missile.

The statement of the spokesman for the Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, explained that this drone is the sixteenth to be shot down during the “Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad” battle in support of Gaza.

In the statement, the Sana’a forces condemned the recent American airstrikes on various parts of the country, which resulted in the fall of martyrs and wounded and caused severe damage to citizens’ property.

The Sana’a forces also reiterated its confirmation of the continued prevention of Israeli navigation in the Red and Arab Seas and the continued support for the Palestinian people until the aggression on Gaza is stopped and the siege is lifted.

It also stressed that it will not hesitate to carry out more defensive operations against hostile warships in the coming days.
