Al-Houthi announces the resumption of million-man Yemeni demonstrations in support of Gaza and condemnation of the US aggression

The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, called on Thursday for the resumption of the million-man popular demonstrations in the Yemeni capital Sana’a and other governorates to affirm the continuing solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinian people and to condemn the American crimes against the Yemenis.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

In his speech, Al-Houthi emphasized that “the massive weekly demonstrations organized by the Yemeni people are among the most prominent forms of popular support for the Palestinian cause,” noting that these demonstrations have continued for 15 months on a weekly basis, which “has no equivalent in any country in the world.”

He added that these demonstrations constitute “a high and unique public voice” that supports the Palestinian injustice and represents “an inspiring model for the world,” considering that the repeated million-man presence strengthens the international pressure to expose the Israeli and American practices.

Al-Houthi called for the resumption of the demonstrations with high intensity this week, saying, “We hope that our people will continue to adhere to this wide presence, which takes on exceptional importance in light of the American escalation in support of the occupation,” stressing that these steps “will yield influential results, God willing.”

The leader of Ansar Allah also linked the continuation of the popular demonstrations to “confronting American attempts to strengthen its hegemony,” considering that the million-man march is a clear message that “the Yemeni people will not back down from their positions, and their thunderous voice will remain in support of Arab and Islamic rights.”
