Gaza Health: Six deaths due to famine

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced the recording of six deaths due to famine and malnutrition, due to the ongoing Israeli blockade and aggression.

In a press statement on Monday, the Ministry of Health said, “In the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip recorded six deaths due to famine and malnutrition, including two children, bringing the total number of deaths due to malnutrition to 393, including 140 children.”

It noted that since the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) declared famine in Gaza, 115 deaths have been recorded, including 25 children.

With American support, the occupying state has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving 64,455 Palestinians martyred, 162,776 Palestinians injured, most of them children and women, more than 9,000 missing, hundreds of thousands displaced, and a famine that has claimed the lives of 387 Palestinians, including 138 children.
