Despite the ceasefire, six Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire in Gaza

The Civil Defense in Gaza announced the deaths of six Palestinians by Israeli occupation forces in two separate incidents in the Strip.

Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal explained that five citizens were killed when they were targeted by Israeli drones while inspecting their homes in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, while a sixth person was killed southeast of Khan Yunis.

The Israeli occupation army said its forces opened fire on suspects who approached its positions in northern and southern Gaza, considering this a violation of the agreement.

This comes on the fifth day of the ceasefire agreement brokered by US President Donald Trump.
