A Lebanese citizen was killed this Saturday afternoon as a result of an Israeli drone strike targeting the town of Harouf in the Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon, in a renewed violation of the ceasefire in Lebanon.
Press sources reported that the strike targeted a civilian vehicle, completely burning it and killing its driver. Another civilian was injured.
On Friday, three people were killed and two others were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the town of Toul, and another airstrike targeted a vehicle on the outskirts of the western town of Zawtar in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli occupation army continues its attacks on Lebanese territory on an almost daily basis, causing casualties and injuries in numerous towns in eastern and southern Lebanon. It claims that these attacks target Hezbollah positions and members to prevent its rehabilitation.
